Sparkling Pomegranate (nonalcoholic)

1 ounce pomegranate juice

½ ounce lemon juice

2 teaspoons granulated sugar

Fre® Alcohol-Removed Brut Sparkling Wine

Rim a champagne flute with sugar, set aside. Shake pomegranate juice, lemon juice and remaining sugar in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into the glass. Gently top with Fre® Alcohol-Removed sparkling wine.

 

Santa Fe Sunset

Moscato Fiore

3 ounces Sutter Home Sparkling Moscato

1 ounce lemoncello

1/2 ounce rose syrup

Pour Moscato into a champagne flute. Gently add lemoncello, then slowly pour in rose syrup, which will sink to the bottom of the glass creating a layered effect.

Lo-Cal Cosmo Cooler (Under 150 calories)

1 ounce cranberry juice

1 ounce orange flavored vodka

½ ounce lime juice

lime flavored sparkling water

Shake juices and vodka with ice. Strain into a martini glass. Top with lime flavored sparkling water. Garnish with a lime wheel.

 

Fre® Thyme (nonalcoholic)

2 ounces orange juice

½ ounce fresh thyme syrup

3 ounces Fre Alcohol-Removed Brut Sparkling Wine

Pour juice and syrup into a champagne flute. Slowly add Fre® Alcohol-Removed sparkling wine.

 

Classic Champagne Cocktail

1 teaspoon sugar

4 -6 dashes bitters

place sugar into a champagne flute, dash with bitters , top with sparkling wine.
